Fees and Payment

Registration fees

You can register only if your application was accepted during the submission process.

The registration fees are :

• 200 € without accommodation,
• 300 € with accommodation in a shared double room,
• 550 € with accommodation in a single room.

Do not pay the fees if your application was not accepted before

If you wish to share the room specifically with somebody you know, please let us know in your application form and confirm during registration.

Payment 

The registration fee with accomodation must be paid by May 4, 2025.

The registration fee without accomodation must be paid by May 21, 2025.

Payment can be made using a bank card, which will be available as a payment method starting April 21, 2025.
