Before You Apply
You will need a sciencesconf.org account to submit your application. If you do not already have one, please create an account by clicking the Login button at the top right corner of the website.
Application Instructions
During the application process, you will be required to provide the following details:
- Title: Enter your first name (in lowercase) and LAST NAME (in uppercase).
- Abstract: In place of an abstract, please provide the following practical information:
- Your gender
- Your current status (e.g., Ph.D. student – specify year, post-doc, or other – specify).
- Your laboratory.
- Your institution.
- The city and country where you work.
- The title of your poster: It is mandatory to present a poster on your current work.If you are a newcomer on the subject, you can focus on the bibliography and the presentation of your topic. Your poster will be used a a communication tool during the workshop and you will have the opportunity to improve it.
- Your motivations: Explain how the school aligns with your scientific or professional goals (10–20 lines).
- Your accommodation preferences:
Write one of the following:
- "Accommodation single room"
- "No accommodation"
- "Accommodation double shared room" (please specify the name of your roommate, who must also apply separately with the same roommate name).
Note: Accommodation is pre-booked from June 15 to June 21. If you require different dates, please mention this. However, the fee wont be reduced.
- Upload your CV: Attach a 1-page CV.
After Submission
You will be notified within a week after the application deadline (16 March 2025) regarding the status of your application. Successful applicants will then be invited to complete their registration and pay the registration fees.
